A two day intensive workshop to become familiar with fundamental of sound and the effect of it in human body, mind and energy field, learn about the characteristics of sound that can be used in sound healing, art lab of singing bowls to get introduced in one of the most famous instruments for healing; Singing bowls. 

This course is designed for those who are interested to learn more about what sound healing, familiarize with sound healing techniques, those who are considering to learn scientific based aspect of holistic medicine and are attracted to persuade a career in sound healing. 

What to expect? 

Be ready to lay down comfortably and keep your eyes closed during the sonic journey. You will be given an eye band or you can bring your own personal eye cover. If you have any concern about your position or if you have any allergies to scents kindly inform your therapist in advance. The purpose of this journey is firstly to make you relaxed so feel free to bring blankets and pillows and make yourself as comfortable as possible. You will listen to some sounds from close and far. You won't be touched or moved but the therapist might come close to you and bring you the instruments to experience the vibration or scents. You will be asked to follow the instructions during the guided meditation. Try to follow as much as possible. If you feel too relaxed or about to fall asleep, it is perfectly alright.
