• Sheri Sayar, Sound Healer, Trainer & Founder 

Sheri A. Sayar, the founder of Naad, is a distinguished sound healer with over two decades of

experience across Asia and Europe. Her journey into holistic healing began in 2001 during her

studies in physics , where she discovered indigenous practices, shamanism, and

alternative therapies, igniting her lifelong passion for holistic practices. Transitioning from a

corporate career in 2008, she pursued a second bachelor's degree in Sociology, ancient philosophy and

alternative medicine, deepening her expertise in sound healing and meditation through intensive

training in Mastery schools in India and China.

Since establishing Naad Healing Center in Istanbul in 2016, Sheri has been committed to

expanding its transformative sound healing practices to Finland, aiming to foster community

engagement and provide opportunities for personal growth and healing. Beyond individual

wellness, Sheri envisions integrating sound medicine into diverse community settings to

address anxiety-related disorders and promote overall well-being.

Apart from leading Naad, Sheri actively participates in community-building initiatives and Peace making acts in the

Middle East. She is one of the main dance leaders in Dances of Universal Peace and an active member of the organization team of DUP Turkiye training camp and Caravan. 

She is invited as a guest lecturer to Svaram Sound Research Center to share her innovative project

"Sonic Womb" as part of Svaram annual training online module for Advanced sound healers. 

Sonic Womb is a self sponsored research project by Naad which focuses on supporting women with systemic suppression backgrounds through sound healing techniques. She also is an advisory board of Ayani Sound Healing Center in Lebanon on strategic initiatives

and holistic healing practices.

Sheri A. Sayar exemplifies Naad’s dedication to holistic wellness, blending ancient wisdom with

contemporary practices to empower individuals and communities on their paths to healing and

self-discovery. Her visionary leadership continues to shape the field of sound medicine and

holistic health globally.
