The Sound Healing Professional Diploma Course -Level I is meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the scientific fundamentals underlying sound waves, resonance, frequency, and their profound effects on the human body, mind, and spirit. Through study and exploration, students gain insight into the intricate mechanisms through which sound acts as a potent tool for healing and transformation.
With concepts drawn from disciplines such as energy medicine, vibrational healing, and mindfulness practices, students will cultivate a nuanced understanding of how sound can be employed to facilitate holistic healing on multiple levels.

Central to the educational experience of Year One are the hands-on practical module, where students will have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and examine their skills in sound healing protocols under the guidance of experienced practitioners. These experiential learning opportunities not only deepen students' understanding of sound healing but also empower them with the confidence and proficiency necessary to integrate sound healing techniques into their professional practice.
This course combines intuitive and scientific techniques of healing and it doesn’t need any prior knowledge and faith in any ideology.
After clearing the mastery of year 1, students are ready to work with clients, at this level, they are equipped to deal with a list of physical and mental conditions such as mild depression, sleeping disorder, chronic pain, negative thoughts, PMS, female organs detox, anxiety and stress management. Advanced disorders need more experience and insight to deal with which will open up to them as they practice more.
Sheri A. Sayar, the founder of Naad, is a distinguished sound healer with over two decades of experience across Asia and Europe. Her journey into holistic healing began in 2001 during her studies in physics in Australia, where she discovered indigenous practices, shamanism, and alternative therapies, igniting her lifelong passion for holistic practices. Transitioning from a corporate career in 2008, she pursued a second bachelor's degree in ancient philosophy and alternative medicine, deepening her expertise in sound healing and meditation through intensive training in Mastery schools in India and China.
Astrid, a vocal coach, sound facilitator, and researcher hailing from Brussels, Belgium, brings a wealth of expertise to Naad School. Fascinated by the transformative power of sound, voice work, and movement, Astrid specializes in guiding individuals into meditative states for deep relaxation and inner exploration. Her studies in sound therapy, Nāda Yoga, and Hindustani classical singing in India and Belgium reflect her dedication to integrating Eastern and Western practices for holistic well-being.

Learn about different kind of meditation while practicing. Train to become a facilitator of the one you connect the most. Write your own manifestation, choose the right music, create the ambiance, prepare the altar and many other tips to work with groups.

Fundamental Physics of Sound, Sheri Sayar
The Sound Healing Professional Diploma Modular Course is designed for applicants who wish to learn about sound healing but cannot commit to an intensive program. It is divided into four modules.
The frequency of the classes are chosen with the group. There are be one module in every three months. In between modules, there are weekly gatherings to open a space for students to ask questions, exchange information, do group meditation practices and go over the material.
The online modules are:
Module 1 : Fundamentals of Sound
Module 2 : Music Theory
Module 3 : Perception of Sound
Module 4 : Theory of Holistic Healing
Online classes are then followed by practical studies where the students learn about how to design sessions, meditation practices, offering demo individual and group sessions.
It takes 12 months to complete this course.
After completing the course the students then have 6 months to obtain their cases and come for their evaluations.

The program is exactly the same with our Professional Diploma course, only extended into a year. It is open for everyone interested in sound and would like to learn how to add sound healing into their life and practice.
After completing the year I, students will be able to work with clients and offer professional sound healing sessions to individuals and groups.
