During the life many of us experience a situation or behavior that doesn't make us happy. We would like to change our eating habit and lose weight, get rid of substance dependency or avoid a  behavior that created a repetitive pattern in our relationship. the classical approach in psychology of behavior has been so far put many of us in condition that we totally lost our hope for a better life. Long talking therapy sessions with no clear solution, going over and over inside of a problem and analyze it without knowing where the root of such behavior is. transformational therapy is designed to deal with such problems in a different way. The first important difference between a TT session and classical counselling session is TT doesn't try to change or force you to change anything therefore subconsciously you won't experience any anxiety due to inner conflict. Another benefit of TT is the rapid process of healing. many of us are in real pain, suffering from serious depression or physical condition. TT shows result within the first one or two sessions, getting in to the roots of the issue and dealing with the subconscious mind with the help of healthy no side effect alternative therapy - sound healing - and allowing the patient to see why at some point of time in the life, a behavior has been formed. This way of defining the problem creates a zero conflict situation for the mind. As in most therapies, the mind pattern is perceived as negative and something to be eliminated but in TT we don't condemn the mind for making us suffer but we sympathies with it and consciously request the mind to create a new form of behavior due to the change of perspective. During the process of TT, we practice conscious living in the form of practicing meditation, mind and body alignment, chakra healing, understanding the energy body, conscious eating and so many different techniques just to support the mind that has decided to look at work from a different - positive - perspective. Many of the clients of TT are those who are truly fed up with many other forms of therapies and they are in search of happiness.
